Getting an education is a difference; it is gathering knowledge utilizing reading, life experiences, traveling, listening, and so forth. In academics, a person is provided with structure. If followed one will gain knowledge, theoretical as well as practical. Academic experiences are determined by higher institutions whereas education is something that is chosen.
Academics don’t change, it remains the same for all the students, but what a student learns from education differs from one student to another. Learning, reading, and studying can improve a student’s all-around character. When there is an opportunity to be educated some will take advantage of it and some won’t. As the old story goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make him/her drink. It is tough getting through life without an education.

I am a prime example of a high school drop-out. I went back to school at age forty to get my diploma, and then on to college. It’s never too late as long as you have life and is in pretty good physical health. It is far better to make life-altering choices when you are young; you have an entire future ahead of you.
Get an education, then go out and start your own business. Education is excellent to have, but owning your very own business is a career. It is the future of your family for generations to come.
